1. General Terms

Purchasing a ticket for AURA – Saint-Roch Church constitutes acceptance of the following sales conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Tickets

All tickets sold are non-refundable, except in the event of a full cancellation of the experience by the organizer.
No refund requests will be accepted for personal reasons, lateness, no-shows, or unfavorable weather conditions.

If you selected the Flex Option, you may change the date and time of your visit at no extra cost, according to the conditions specified at the time of purchase and subject to availability.

3. Exchanges and Modifications

• Date or time changes are only available to guests who purchased the Flex Option and must be requested beforethe original visit date.
• No exchanges or changes are possible for standard tickets.
• Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or reproduced without the organizer’s prior written authorization.

4. Access and Admission

• Guests must arrive at the time indicated on their ticket.
• Admission to the experience requires the presentation of a valid ticket (digital or printed).
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse access to anyone whose behavior is considered inappropriate or non-compliant with the site rules.

5. Event Cancellation or Changes

If a performance is canceled or postponed for reasons beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, technical or safety reasons), the organizer will inform ticket holders of the available options (new date, exchange or, where applicable, refund).
