The event will take place at St.Roch Church, 555 Saint-François East Street, Quebec, QC G1K 8A4. The main entrance is located at the top of the large staircase on the Saint-Joseph East Street side.

This experience is held at an indoor venue.

15-minute pre-show: Explore St.Roch Church and interact with the web app, followed by a 30-minute show: a captivating immersive and multimedia odyssey.

The doors open 20 minutes before the scheduled start of the event and close at the beginning of the performance. Late entry will not be permitted.

There won’t be food or beverage for purchase at this event.

The church does not have its own parking. Paid parking spaces are available on nearby streets or in public parking lots. It is recommended to plan your travel in advance. Here is a map showing the various parking options nearby: Public parking lots

Yes, St.Roch Church has an accessible entrance for people with reduced mobility. We invite you to inform a greeter at the main entrance upon your arrival. They will be happy to assist you from the accessible entrance to the main hall.

This experience does not have virtual reality.

There’s no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine. The Church can become chilly as the sun, we recommend bringing a jacket or warm cover-up.

There will not be merchandise for sale at the event.

Yes. The AURA St.Roch Church experience is fully accessible in both French and English. The prologue is offered in both languages. Since this is an immersive work without spoken narration, the visual and musical experience is universal and can be fully enjoyed by everyone.

A ticket office will be available on site, but tickets may sell out. We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. AURA St.Roch Church Tickets

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

No. You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

At the time of purchase, you can choose the “Flex” option. This option allows you to change the date and time of your ticket once, subject to availability. If the new ticket price is higher, you will need to pay the difference. Without this option, tickets cannot be modified. Full refunds are not available.

It is recommended to arrive before the indicated time. The doors close at the start of the experience, and no refunds will be given to latecomers.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Weapons (including off duty officers), flash photography, outside food or drinks (water bottles are permitted), light-up accessories that distract from the experience, or anything that may disturb other patrons are prohibited. Large bags may be searched at the discretion of security personnel.

Deaf and hard of hearing guests will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people. Captions are available in the AURA web app.

This event won’t include strobe lights.

This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest but first-come-first-served.

Feel free to take photos and share them. Please make sure not to disturb other visitors while taking pictures. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
